Everyone was extremely helpful and kind
I appreciated the clear and timely communication throughout the process of getting my bike set up. I am flying in for the NYC Triathlon and had my bike shipped across the country to the Vanderbilt location and never felt unsure about how my bike was being treated. Thank you Bicycle Habitat!

Terrible handling of the line outside. Kept giving confusing and conflicting messages. Did work on my bike without quoting me a price first. 90 minutes for Five minutes of work and not much was even done. It can’t be this hard to more clearly manage a line guys.

I know from research (primarily internet research but other bicyclists too) that the products are top of the line. I tell staff what I think is, are the problems but I know from experience they will check to see if I missed something. Or tell me I really don't need what I think I need. I ain't rich. They always give me options. I like the way they communicate. No frackin' sale pitches or being pitched to. I hate sale pitches. I get to know trends. TURNAROUND IS FAST. I could go on. My 15-year-old Trek still zooooms.

I feel like they did everything possible to get the most money out from my repair.. Plus my bike was bought from them and I remember they told me was supposed to come with a lifetime basic tuning for free, but when I asked what was the difference and how much more I would have payed if my bike wasn't bought from Bicycle habitat, the explanation was kind of vague and basically I didn't even got. I don't think I will go there ever...
