There’s nothing like an LBS when you want something done right.
I came in because I had a flat tire and as I was biking off to work, it was flat again. The mechanic did not check to see if there was glass in the rubber..which made it flat immediately. I came back the next day, which is completely out of my way, and was convinced I needed new tires and that I would get a flat continuously if I did not get new ones. Ended up spending a lot of money ... which is fine, considering these new tires are better, but I was not discounted at ALL after all the trouble.
I also got pinhead locks put into my wheels..and the mechanic forgot to give me the pinhead keys. When I came back to get them, no one could find them. It took me coming back and calling multiple times to restore the keys.
Scheduling the appointment was easy.
Libby and the other staff were very polite and knowledgeable, and helped me with all the hardware and other features that I wanted fitted and checked with my new bicycle.

This is the best bike experience we have ever had and especially great for kids! Justine is amazing, helpful and just amazing at her job. She make the experience all worth it!
Your COVID-19 policies seem a little intense, especially two years in to the pandemic. I’m also confused by what the policies are and felt intimidated coming to the store because of them. I think clarifying them and maybe reducing them would be nice.

Very expensive bike tune up but issues with gear shift are worse than before. I wonder if the mechanic even tried to fix it.

I believe the folks who helped me were named Taylor and Izzy (I didn’t catch the name of the person who serviced the bike…) and honestly I felt so taken care of the whole time! I’m so glad I decided to buy a bike here and feel totally safe knowing that I’ll be able to come back whenever I need a service or repair. So good to stay local to the neighborhood. 🥰

Everyone was very friendly, communicative and super helpful. No angry "bikeshop" vibes at all. My bike came super fast, they gave me advice about it and when I was in the shop, I was helped, right away.
You did a great job on updating my 10 year old bike that has 15,000 miles on it.

I got fast and effective service when I came in with a rear wheel twisted after a collision with an electric bike. The problem was diagnosed and solved quickly.

Matt was an incredible person and really walked me through the entire fitting both over email and in person. He was extremely attentive to my physical ailments that made a fitting necessary, plus he provided an extra level of care and attention to detail that made this something I would certainly recommend to others.
