I’ve visited numerous times, and every time I visit it’s a bit chaotic. None of the customers know who is “next in line”, it’s unclear who is a mechanic and who is there to help customers, and asking questions of the staff can mean the customer is just accidentally interrupting the staff as they try to help others. Sometimes it’s even hard to identify who the staff is.
I suggest creating clarity around who is in line to be helped next, that would be massive.

idk if it was because it was the end of the day or what but everyone was tired to see me. 2nd time returning about my tire issue. surprised my last mechanic didn't figure out that the tire was the problem not the tube. had to figure it out and order myself
Noah was absolutely great - patient and helpful. My wife and I went in to inquire about a cheap $500 bike and ended up walking out with 2 matching $800 Treks and a bunch of accessories. I also had an issue where my chain was damaged and it was repaired in no time. Very happy with my experience and purchase
