The dog kept bothering my kids.
I was not informed that the rear tire they were replacing would not match the front tire. I would’ve liked to have been informed about this beforehand in order to tell them to find the same tire (or I could just order it myself), as they’re completely different tires now and I would have preferred to have the tires remain matched.

This is a great local bike shop. They had repair items in stock and fixed our bike tire in a few minutes while we waited. Their prices are very good as well.

The staff is always nice and helpful. May frustration was having to wait a year for my new bike to come in. I realize that is not the staff's fault. However, for a customer it is frustrating and many times I thought of changing brands. But I have been a Trek rider for years.
