I was referred to you by a neighbor. My Trek tune-up had a quicker turn-around (1 day) than i had expected. Very pleasant staff: Nick, Justin and others. Very pleasant and open atmosphere to allow browsing.

The service and friendliness of the staff was horrible. I will never go back to that location. All I needed was hand grips. It took almost 15 minutes for anyone to even look up to see we were ready to check out then the mechanic didn't say anything to us he went in the back and had a young adult check us out.
Always a friendly environment and very professional support. This is our home for bikes and accessories.
The under promise and over deliver. Incredible service. Said two to four days for service. Had it completed that afternoon.

Keep trying to get the bicycle word out
Always easy to talk to and work with whether the need is big or small. I take my bike there every first of the year for a yearly maintenance/setup. This is not a Bicycle Cove requirement but a "me" requirement to insure the longevity of the bicycle.

The salesperson Jack was very nice but didn't know the products as well as he should have. I was trying to decide between a verve 1 & 2 and asked what the differences were. Jack pointed out one of the differences (Hydraulic vs Cabled Brakes) but didn't mention the other two important differences (suspension seat and adjustable riser) on the verve 2. I had to go home and research to find out these differences and then come back the next day to make the purchase. Overall, a pleasant experience but this is one area that could improve.

Service is personable and friendly. It feels like the staff really wants you to have a great experience and the perfect bike over just selling you a bike for the sake of making a sale. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a new higher end bike.

Called ahead to check availability of inventory. I was told they had what I was looking for just to get me in but there was not anything close to what I was looking for when I arrived.

fantastic staff - every single one of them are ROCK STARS!!!! Even the owners seem like pretty good folks. I buy all my bikes there, and would never take my bikes anywhere else to get them worked on.
Products are great quality and there is a good selection of options for most bike accessories. Also the shop doggo is the best and deserves all the pets.

I liked Ruth, she was wonderfully helpful, kind, knowledgeable, easy to work with and didn’t try to oversell. We bought three bikes and accessories and I enjoyed the whole experience.
The staff and Ms Oliver were amazing from start to finish. We decided to order bikes in October of 2020, thinking with Covid and my husband working from home, we could get out and ride, get into shape. Bless them....they kept us updated even when the news wasn't so good. Can't thank them enough for their patience and helping us get into the right bikes. Fourteen months later, we have them home and are looking forward to putting some miles on them. They were an AMAZING group!
