Hugely impressed with the customer service I received from Ben in the Madison store. Had a 3.5 year-old Bontrager floor pump that went bad and Ben was able to look up my purchase and ultimately provided me with a brand new pump at no charge. Couldn't ask for better service than that.
The quality of the work was exceptional, but the cost is on the high end.
Ruth was great helping answering all my questions about a particular Trek I was looking for. After searching a 200 mile stretch BC was one of two location to have my size. I drove down from ATL to pick it up and had a pleasant time spending with the crew while putting finishing touches on my bike.. Bikecycle cove great job team.

Outstanding bike service. Tom and crew are the best on servicing and troubleshooting road, gravel and mtn bikes. My bikes have never ridden better!
Justin and Ben are very knowledgeable and have good customer service. I have been to several other bicycle shops where they don't have good customer service. Thank you bicycle Cove for treating your customers respectfully.

I took my bike in for a checkup after I had a minor accident. The staff greeted me warmly and unloaded my bike. The technician was prompt and professional. He made a few minor on the spot adjustments and I didn’t need to leave my bike.
He recommended I return for a complete check after my summer riding. I was very pleased with Cove Bike’s professionalism and would highly recommend them. I purchased my Townie from Cove two years ago.

Fast repair off my flat tire. Great guidance in helping me decide which new bike would be right for me based on my wants, needs, expected use, etc……. I learned a lot, Ben answered all of my many detailed questions.
Friendly staff, they are very knowledgeable about bikes, they have an awesome selection of accessories and bikes to choose from all at good prices, based on my research. I definitely recommend Bicycle Cove to all cycle enthusiasts.
Great crew. Tom knows his stuff and is an extremely-knowledgeable mechanic. They keep everything in great shape on my bikes and keep me rolling fast.
Stay open a tad longer? It's tough to get to the shop by 5PM.

I'm not a "professional cyclist". I'm just a dad that likes to ride with my family, but Bicycle Cove employees have treated me like I'm their best customer. I've never purchased a Bicycle from their store, yet they provide good service just the same. I've never had to guess. They tell me everything up front. If/when I need or want a new Bicycle I'd purchase it from this store. On my first visit to the store I received answers to my questions that saved me money. They could have just sold me something off the shelf, but instead they gave me free info. I appreciate a buisness that wants a long term customer and not just a one time purchase. I'll keep coming back.
The new electric townie we purchased has opened a new world for me! I have a knee impairment and arthritis and the subtle boost I get from the electric motor has opened the world of bicycling back up to me and I am having a blast. Thanks to the Madison staff !
