Staff is great! I do wish however that I had been informed by (anyone) that sram SX was crap before I bought my 2020 Roscoe7, along with rear hub lasting only about a year. I’ve heard of folks having hub issues much sooner.

The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are extremely helpful and answered questions I didn’t even know to ask. During each visit they gave way more than 100% and I really enjoyed my shopping experience.

Best products and best service
Tom R built me new wheels, (Nox), we reviewed spokes, tension, spoke pattern, type of set up and ride I wanted on my bike, options for tires, tubes. We reviewed my weekly rides and why I wanted new wheels. He needed to order all the items and reviewed the wheel tension specs. He kept me informed when parts arrived. I was hoping my bike would be ready by Thanksgiving. To my surprise it was ready the 17th. I’m ready for the maiden ride on Friday.. Very Happy!!!!
