Technician was quick to diagnose my bikes issue and was able to repair and get me back on the road quickly
I appreciate that the staff listened to my needs and took the time to find a bike tailored to my requests.
I came in and described my known issues, as well as my upcoming needs, and concerns. The guys took care of my bike like it was their own. They made sure that it was in top shape for my A race coming up. Above and beyond on customer service, communication, feedback. I am confident in the work and it was done in a timely manner.
I'll continue coming back for more servicer, and sending more customers your way!!! I would buy the crew a round of beer but I don't know if they are old enough to drink... cheers anyways :D :D
Manager/Supervisor would not provide an expected pickup date for the bike I purchased. The bike was in stock but, not built. I was not notified when the bike was ready for pickup and only found out by calling the store. The salesperson (I think his name was First name removed) was great. Overall the employees were nice, helpful and knowledgeable but, there should be an expected pickup date established during the purchase. If there are issues that arise during the build of the bike the store should contact the customer with the delay notification and reason for the delay.

I love the quality of the products and the friendliness of everyone there. I had my brakes adjusted and it was quick and easy.
Their prices at competitive with other companies that sell the same brands. I have bought cheaper bike at big box stores and have been disappointed every time.
