Always prompt and courteous service
Attentive to what I had to say and had what I needed in stock when no one in my area did! I will be going back when I need something bike related. It's a bit of a drive but nice view this time of year. Love the location!

The team at Bicycle Cove did a wonderful job enlightening me of all the key points about the Trek bikes, very helpful service team getting my bike ready to go home with me, I bought a Trek e-bike Allant which I ABSOLTUELY LOVE!!!!! Their facility is super diverse, they carry bike racks, accessories, several style of bikes, everything you need to get out on your bike and hit the road! I highly recommend this bike shop!
It was new bike time. Ruth found the bike I wanted in-stock near Memphis and picked it up. The shop set it up for me and, as usual, did a great job.

Excellent Products but as important is the service I received when determining which bike to purchase. The Sales Manager took a personalized interest in what bike would suite me best and even steered me away from a more expensive bike that she felt I would not enjoy as much. Turned out she was right, and I truly love my purchase. I have found my Forever bike store! Thank you Bicycle Cove!

Great inventory, amazingly knowledgeable and helpful sales and service staff.
After being there for a couple weeks and spending close to 600 bucks, (tune up and derailleur problem) my first test ride I discovered 3 issues and now have to bring it back. No biggie... But since you asked.
