Convenient location close to home; in-house experts with helpful advice. Good selection of products available in store.
Wait time was a little long.
The bigger issue was the guy helping me. He had a condescending attitude and was trying to upsell me on items I didn't want.
I came in to get a cable fixed.
He tried to sell me a chain and cassette. I can chang the chain and cassette. I wasn't comfortable sorting a stick shifter from a broken cable.
Anyway, I let it marinate for a few days, then picked the bike up. I then proceeded to pay a local student who races bikes and works at a shop part time.
I'm sure I'll get a call on this one, but your guys can't just treat people like they don't know anything (I'm sure a lot of your customers are uninitiated but read the room).

Got my shifting issue fixed , in and out in 30 mins.
They know what they’re doing and won’t pressure you into buying something that is not a good fit. Plus they are extremely friendly.
Cleaned up the entire back... bike looks like it just came off the shelf. Bike performance is flawless... Estimate was spot on.
