Traded another bike and got a new Trek from Bicycle Cove again this weekend. Always helpful and knowledgeable staff and quick service. This was probably 4th or 5th bike from them.
Very happy with the service at the Hampton Cove site. Very engaged with my 10-year old and helpful on selection of the bike.
We could not have cared less about the trade-in value of the two bikes we brought in, but Madison site gave a lot of excuses and downplayed the bikes on why they couldn't give a good value for a trade. Said out of style, cosmetic issues, and then downplayed the bikes, etc. They were kids bikes and we were a sure sale on the bike. He could have said, "these bikes are a little older and could use some work but we could still move them we'll give you $50 for them" Manager should work on his tone/delivery. Felt very used car salesman on the trade-in. Much more personable at Hampton Cove site. Would have preferred to work with Hampton Cove site, but they did not have the bike there. Overall happy with the company and appreciate the free service calls.

Great to have this shop in the cove. Was in recently for a check and came back with front tire and handle bars just slightly out of alignment, but easily adjusted at home. Looking at purchasing a second bike for my spouse and this is definitely the go to shop.

Had a Better Tune service accomplished at 3,100 miles on a Verve+ 4S. Had a minor drive train issue on pick-up, which was quickly resolved. The Team at Bicycle Cove is great and always provides great service.
The service person who assisted me when I came in with my bike was very friendly, knowledgeable, and obviously well qualified. I just picked up my bike after its tune up, and it rides beautifully. Thank you!
I took my granddaughter in to purchase a bike that she could ride for many years. She was graduating from pedal brakes to handlebar brakes. She was hesitant to make this change. Michelle did a fantastic job alleviating her fears. She was patient and kind as she taught her about this new bike. Michelle took her to the parking lot to practice and my granddaughter was sold! My granddaughter got home and rode it for hours. This was such a different experience than going to a big box store. This trek bike is also very well made.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Purchased both of my bikes there a couple of years ago. Brought them in on a Saturday afternoon recently to remove the old pedals and pick up a couple of accessories. They had my old pedals off in minutes and I was on my way! Highly recommend!
