You have Trek bikes and great customer service.
The employees are always helpful even though I often have no clue how to explain my question/problem. Everything is solved the time around. It is obvious they care.
I really like that the people in the store and those thst I spoke to were very knowledgeable about bikes. I had a nice discussion about recommended tire pressure and Schrader valves

This system of rating doesn’t work. I’m perfectly happy, delighted in fact with your organization!! Somehow a 5 popped up and I can’t change it to very likely. Fix it, train me how to use it or stop sending it.

Everyone I dealt with at Bicycle Cove Madison was kind and helpful. They had an incredible collection of bikes and accessories. They were all knowledgeable and informative. Great service all around.
