Great service always
I recently purchased a Townie and so far I am very impressed with it's performance. My friend has a regular Trek and now she wants a Townie. Thanks for assisting me with my purchase. It was not stressful at all.
I tried clicking the link to a good experience but it keeps sending me to these questions. Dawson was awesome and very helpful. He helped me find the bike I described i wanted with the features i was wanting. He offered other equipment I needed as well like a bike rack. Ben gave me a discount for the rack and it was an excellent experience. They even went the same day to pick up my bike at the other store so I could ride it the same day. Thank you for the quality of staff and professional staff.
Tom is the man! Even with the strangest bike problems I come across, he always finds a way to get to the right solution in a timely manner.
With my latest issue with a steel frame from a small American frame manufacturer, the pivot hardware failed and they were unable to provide me with replacements. Tom figured out what specific hardware was needed, I was able to track it down, and he got me all sorted. He even found upgraded bearings from Enduro to make sure I get as much life as possible out of them before having to service the bearings again. I consider myself fairly handy and
He's always on the money with wheel builds and any other kind of service. I'm very hard on bikes, but he always finds a way to quickly get me back on the trail in a way that should reduce those issues in the future. I've had a lot of dealings with different bike shops, often with a lot of headaches and issues that couldn't be resolved, but Tom is really in a league of his own.
He's able to communicate clearly and effectively to be sure that he gets to the root of the issues I'm having in order to avoid fixing the same thing over and over when that could be avoided, and I feel very lucky to get his time to work on my bikes.
Employees are courteous and you have stock.
The staff is very personable and professional. A good selection. Especially like the dog in the store. You are my people.

Great staff! Enjoyed talking with Jessica. I really love the DnD gloves I bought. I was very happy to find a bricks and mortar store with good bike accessory inventory. I would definitely shop with you again!

Bike brakes are still squeaky after getting whole bike worked on other then that employees were Greta to talk too!
Very friendly and helpful. Went in not having rode a bike in years. Told the lady helping me what I was looking for and she guided me to the perfect bike. She fitted me to the proper bike and let me try several until we found the right one. Really impressed she didn't try to upsale me on a bike I didn't need.
Don’t tell someone who spent $1000 on a new bike that they shouldn’t expect a high quality bicycle.
