I can depend on Tom to perform excellent maintenance on my Powerfly. Ruth is a very knowledgeable Sales person along with being a cycling competitor. I have had other brands of bicycles, Trek is one of the best in class.

Stopped by looking for a bike to fit my needs. The staff was very informative and helpful. Did not have my size in stock, offered to order with a 100% refundable deposit but also discussed other retailer recommendation and encouraged me to shop around in hopes I would find “the bike for me”. That is service! Not swaying to buy from them, offering other options. I will likely order from them after researching further for “my bike”. Either way they are a top notch operation!
