My Trek E-Bike had to be ordered. They were very clear and honest about everything. The bike came in on time. They assembled the extra parts I ordered (adjustable stem and bull horned hand grips). Chris explained much of the information contained in the manual in a simple manner on site. The product is beautiful. Took my first ride and it was far beyond what I expected. Perfect for my situation. One cannot get this kind of service from the internet. Highly recommend Bicycle Cove.

Bicycle Cove has the best mechanics and service period! Tom serviced my fork, shock, and dropper post, in addition to cleaning and tuning my drivetrein. I love riding my bike after Tom has everything dialed in. Ruth is awesome as well as she makes sure everything is ready to go when I need it. HSV is extremely fortunate to have such a high quality bike shop!

Bicycle Cove is the best place in this town, short possibly to their Madison store, to purchase all your biking needs. They carry the best bikes and accessories and if they don't have it in stock they will get it for you, and quick I might add. Their service department is outstanding! They even fabricated a part for my wife's bike to facilitate easy oiling of the the chain. Ruth and company are the best and Trek bikes are top of the line. My wife and I have Trek E-Bikes that cost a little more to purchase, but will last and hold their value. We bought two Trek bikes from Bicycle Cove in Hampton Cove when the store first opened and sold them when we got the E-Bikes for what we pid for them more that a decade before. We highly recommend Bicycle Cove for your bicycle needs! Allan
