Nice people that stand behind their products and provide great customer service and advice.
Bicycle Cove is the best place in this town, short possibly to their Madison store, to purchase all your biking needs. They carry the best bikes and accessories and if they don't have it in stock they will get it for you, and quick I might add. Their service department is outstanding! They even fabricated a part for my wife's bike to facilitate easy oiling of the the chain. Ruth and company are the best and Trek bikes are top of the line. My wife and I have Trek E-Bikes that cost a little more to purchase, but will last and hold their value. We bought two Trek bikes from Bicycle Cove in Hampton Cove when the store first opened and sold them when we got the E-Bikes for what we pid for them more that a decade before. We highly recommend Bicycle Cove for your bicycle needs! Allan

I went in because my bike was not holding air in the rear tire. I am new to mountain bikes. The service station was very patient and helpful. They described the sealant they were going to use and showed me how to do it in case I wanted to apply sealant in the future. Great service!

I was treated well and overall a good experience. But, I thought you'd want to know my non-drive-side crank arm was very loose. I noticed it after a couple trainer rides. Easy fix with a torque wrench. Not a huge deal and it won't prevent me coming to you guys. Just thought you'd want to know.

THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS REGARDING THE SURVEY WEB SITE. IT WAS A LITTLE CONFUSING AND IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO NOTICE THE LIGHT LETTERED "CHANGE MY SCORE" BUTTON.
Michelle and Ruby both took wonderful care of our little boy getting his first bike. They let me ask so many questions and answered them all patiently. Most importantly, I feel confident now that his bike is safe to ride and he loves it!

Chris is an excellent bike mechanic. He installed a new cassette and derailleur on my bike and had it ready when promised. I’ll definitely use these guys next time I need my bike serviced.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The process is quick and nobody is trying to sell you anything you don’t need. I went in to pick my new tires and the employee at the desk that day put her phone call on hold for a second to grab them for me.
