I love all the bike shop employees!! The guy with the amazingly good hair does an impeccable job repairing bikes. Michelle spends a lot of extra time explaining all the small details on how I can enjoy riding my bike better. That new guy Nick brings a lot of down to earth logical advice on how to fix your bike. The Freyenhagen kid just stills COMs!!! All in all the team is dynamic!

Very personable and knowledgeable. I’m a single mom with a son who mountain bikes so I had a lot of questions. They were patient with me and explained the how’s and why’s. Very impressed with their shop, it was clean and organized.
Bicycle Cove has been great to work with. They get their repairs done on time, usually earlier than anticipated. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Just a great local shop that deserves our support.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. So kind to our girls. And so able to think outside the wheel to solve our specific needs. Made adjustments in the moment to ensure the bikes truly fit our girls bodies so they could safely enjoy their biking experience’s.
First name removed showed me how to hit the quan, and also how to dougie. That boy can paper chase and vanish on a bike. The sauced up steeze on some of his repairs is incomprehensible to lesser mechanics, but in due time the wizards aura will waft across the Tennessee valley like a purifying fog, bringing his skills to lesser mechanics across the state.
