I ask for a few items to be checked and some repairs were made. I ask about some items that I wanted checked and I could not see where the items were checked for possible repair.

Great work, just more than I’m used to being charged. I’d weigh the cost of service before I recommended it as it might either be a cost issue or off-putting to some of my friends.
The staff at Bicycle Cove is top notch. Tom always take time to patiently explain service issues, Nick is a master educator regarding any bike questions, Michelle engages customers to really assess their needs, Caleb brings the fun to bike building and Ruth manages the melee like a pro!
I had service done on my bike and this was my fists time using Bicycle Cove. I couldn’t have had a better experience with the staff there. Ben and the mechanic Cash were great…they went out of their way to take care of my bike. They were both very knowledgeable and checked out my bike thoroughly and recommended what all needed to be done. Before they started Cash called and ent over the needed maintenance items with a cost. They were able to get my bike finished before expected and it looks and rides like a brand new bike. Thanks guys and and I would highly recommend this bike shop.
