I loved coming in. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They let me ride the bikes I wanted to try out. Not pushy at all! Great place to shop.

Bike was being held for my daughter, but the sales associate told me it was already sold. I left and called back only to find that it was in fact held for me and wasn’t able to get back to the store before closing. Then when my wife did pick up the bike for my daughter, it came without a kickstand. I made another trip to purchase a kickstand. Once I got home and tried to install it, I realized they sold me the incorrect stand and it was not compatible with the bike. I now have to make a fourth trip to the store to exchange the kickstand for the correct one. Overall, I am disappointed with this experience.

I appreciated the 30 day trial period that bontrager products carry, which is something i did not know about until the sales associate told me.

I brought in a bike from a neighbor and wanted to have it checked out. They had it 3 days and said they left a message, but I didn’t have a missed call and no voicemail was recorded. When called them I was informed it was a wal mart bike and basically was told to go away. My take is that it’s an elitist shop, so if you need anything outside top of the line I would avoid the store.
