Came in having done some research about the best bike for a 12 year old. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They offered a great deal with all the bells and whistles then assembled the extras free of charge. When I collected the bike the next day they helped me to they car , showed me how to take the front wheel off and the best way to position the bike into the back of an SUV

Alfie went above and beyond to fit my bike service in at short notice. He took the time to listen to my concerns about noisy disc brakes on my road bike and explained everything clearly.
On collection, he let me know that while my brake pads weren’t due for replacement, he’d cleaned them, which completely fixed the issue. He also gave me helpful advice on what to expect at my next service — much appreciated! And the best part — my bike came back cleaner than when it went in! Loved that.
