The service department provides excellent service. Recently I required a wheel repair and the service team were very friendly and approachable. They organised the parts required to be shipped up from Trekās main warehouse in Sydney and then completed a perfect repair on my carbon rim rear wheel.
The guys at Trek Carindale were awesome, I had an issue with my bike and Andrew and his team were straight onto it. I am finding that I probably won't buy any other brand simply due to the excellent customer service I get.
