Loved the customer service from Trek Rouse Hill! Joel helped us so much and made sure we got the right size bike and gear plus accessories, answered all our questions. Explained everything to us clearly and concisely! So happy we purchased our bikes from Trek and feel extremely comfortable to ask any questions and assured our bikes will be properly taken care of.
