Gavin and his team are always very friendly and super helpful. I find they are willing to go over and above to make sure you get the right product. This is really important to me because ! am very new to cycling and when ! first walked in the store before buying my new bike ! knew nothing or where to even start. The store culture is great and it makes you keep wanting to go back. On top of this the shop rides they organise are fantastic and have helped me learn even more and meet so many new people.
