trek is great. I have been going to trek bikes for the last 6 months and have use the bike repair shop multiple times. the quality of repairs has been consistently good (which is actually hard to find in canberra) and the guys are friendly as well which is a bonus.
The guys, (no females) were friendly and welcoming. They didnt push products on me, instead showed me how to activate the back light.
And prior to the service asked for any concerns, any adjustments I' d like.
