The young man who advised me on the state of my bike was incredibly helpful. After being advised that the frame was irreparable I narrowed down the service on the bike. His honesty was truly appreciated and his technical integrity means I'll bring my other Trek bikes in for service in the very near future.

I've been to Trek Pakenham twice now, one to get a tyre repaired and another to purchase a bike. Both time staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The bike is a very comfortable ride and look forward to using it a lot!
