I don’t have a particular preference for Trek products but the service provided at the Trek store in Phillip (ACT) was exceptional. Duncan took the time to show me the options available without any pressure whatsoever. His knowledge of the products was thorough and he spent considerable time conducting a bike fit once my bike arrived in store. His good old fashioned approach to customer service is hard to come by and hard to beat. I actually had not set out to buy a bike that day but here I am riding a Trek (not my preferred brand) and recommending Duncan at Trek Phillip to my friends.

The customer service is great and the results are always excellent and the bike itself is very comfortable and lets me gain confidence while writing and I really do recommend Trek Bicycle.
I got the spring sale email the other day and I decided to take a look. The website was very easy to use to find the clearance/sale items, which lead me to the checkpoint Al as I was looking for a hybrid/gravel bike. I found that my local store had stock in my size so was easy to take a look in person!
Jasmine answered all of my questions in store and got the bike ready for me to test ride. The bike was fantastic and had me very interested. My partner saw the sale on Oakley sunnies, so the manager sweetened the deal and threw in a pair if I got the bike. Easy decision after that.
Got the bike, sunnies and needed accessories, all fitted by Jasmine. Jasmine also went over the free first service and follow up servicing Trek can provide.
