I worked on my bike purchase with Edreece Derwash. Edreece immediately built my trust, letting me know the 2027 model was coming in and helping me setup my purchase. He answered all my questions about weight liimits, correct gearing for riding in Sydney, and other topics. He also gave me feedback on the build timing to set my expectations. When I got there and met him he had a couple of additional purchases in mind like a new pedal set that I approved and he implemented right away. He showed great customer service and built a great relationship immediately. I have just moved to Sydney from San Francisco, I look forward to making Trek Bicycle Sydney my main bike shop.
Awesome service. Nothing is too much trouble. Quality and effectiveness of staff in their jobs are amazing. Dedicated to cycling. I grew up with cycling and Im 68 and still riding. Trek are serious about what they do and the staff are the same. It really is great to see people and a company who walks the talk/
