I asked for a number of accessories for my e bike, some of which were very hard to track down and took a few months on back order. I could have used my more local Trek dealer but I was so impressed by the level of service and care with the Canterbury Cycles teem in Canterbury I have no regrets. When fitting all the various bits to my bike, they even tided a few things up and fixed an issue I didn’t even know exist. Thanks!

Very friendly and helpful good advice and didn't try to over sell I thought I needed new peddles on a secondhand bike I brought but they said they were fine so I only needed shoes, so good honest advise and would go back.

I was cycling Lands End to John O'Groats and had trouble with my brakes. I turned up at the shop at 4.15 pm, needing some help.
They were more than happy to help and sort out the brake issue for me straight away. They got me a chair and I sat there while they did the work on my bike.
One hour later after replacing a cable and bleeding my brakes I was on my way.
I am so grateful to them for getting me back on the road and being able to finish my journey because if they hadn't of been so accommodating I wouldn't of made it. Thanks again for your help.
