Following a misunderstanding, the Ocean Cycles team worked constructively to resolve the situation, placing customer satisfaction front and centre. I was particularly impressed by their commitment to manages costs, keeping repairs affordable.

I was on the Shred the Red course. The group size was perfect, 5. This allowed our instructor to see how everyone was progressing and everyone had individual feed back.
The course had a basic structure around which we adjusted for our individual needs.
I loved the course and will be attending others that are run by them. I would not hesitate to recomend this to anyone who wants to get more from there mountain biking.
The technical support offered with their products was excellent. We dealt with Paul and he was very knowledgeable, taking the time to go through the details of the product we purchased.

Great service from start to finish
I did a couple of skills courses with the Cycle Hub yesterday (04/4/26) and really enjoyed both.
Coming back to mtb after many years, I felt I needed to regain confidence, so did the Fundamentals course in the morning then Shred the Red in the afternoon.
Both courses pitched at a good level, the Fundamentals was great for getting back to basics then building some skills in a non intimidating environment.
Shred the Red was a good progression with some proper challenges for me, but definitely worth doing. I'd say that if completely new though, maybe spend some time practising skills before doing this one. Also, I found that I'm much more unfit than I realised! There's quite a bit of climbing & being on a conventional HT was a killer- the bike was great on the DH bits but the lads on E-bikes left me behind on climbs and had much more energy to tackle the technical stuff.
One thing I would say is that ALL the staff at the cycle club were great- friendly & helpful. Big shout to Will who instructed on both courses, a really great lad who is patient and clearly knows his stuff- a credit to Dalby Forest Cycle Hub.
Took my bike in at short notice with a problem with the free hub. Easter time and they were busy with numerous bikes to be serviced but still managed to turn mine around in a couple of days. Usual great service from the team.
