Recently attended with my son to get a bike, the member of staff we were with was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and gave us pros and cons for each bike. At no point did we feel like he was trying to upwsell which was great as my son was putting some of his own money towards the bike.
Helpful team with great bikes. Happy to make the tweaks that we needed and provide some insight on the routes. A great day out!
The service team at Beyond Bikes were super responsive when I experienced a mechanical issue on a ride not far from their store. They fit me in that day and whilst they couldn't resolve the issue immediately were great about offering some options.
