It would have been a 10 but the bikes wasn't ready on time. We should have had a phone call earlier to say, instead we got somebody to give us a lift to the shop to be told the bikes wasn't ready, which coat us money and time. It would have been nice to have had a reduction on our invoice.
The service was outstanding
Friendly shop that arranged an excellent ride around Didcot. The e-bike helped with the climbs up to great vistas via quiet roads, marked bike paths and some single tracks.
Phil was extremely professional throughout our session setting up my new bike, I went away feeling valued and the bike and shoes fit much better.
