Great customer service at Trek Milton Keynes. Chris was mega, checked my bike over, quick fix on the gears and rear wheel true. Popped for a coffee and before I knew it the bike was ready to collect. Super happy!

Love my trek Ebike , service is excellent , ist service while I waited and a new chain fitted at the same time with great attention to detail cassette removed cleaned and checked etc .

After bad experience in our local shop (waiting 5 weeks to be told that bike is out of stock) I WhatsApp Wheelworx to check their stock and bike for my son was available in store, thanks to Daniel (Fonthill shop) after 2 days bike was ready for collection. Staff always so friendly and helpful and accommodating as my bike should have had its first service in December, but due to an injury which lasted longer then I anticipated. I wasn’t able to bring my bike in. I had informed them back in December that I was unable to use my bike due to injury. As soon as I walked in an explained a little they said yes no problem we can service your bike right now if you want. I couldn’t be more thankful. Staff are so knowledgable about all products and services.
