Can’t thank Cycles UK Maidstone enough for the work and customer service I received. Very professional and knowledgable. I booked my bike in for basic service as I thought that’s all it needed. I received a phone call from technician James who explained that the bike needed more than just a basic service as he had found multiple worn bearings i.e headset, both wheels and bottom bracket. All in which got replaced plus gears and brakes tuned to professional level.
Went to pick my Mondraker Superfoxy Carbon R 2021 up on the day of it being ready. James and another member of staff had noticed that my brakes were squeaking and that the rear brake lever was pulling all the way back to the grip. Before handing my bike back they wanted to double check that there weren’t no leak’s coming from the caliper. On inspection there was no leak thankfully. James gave all pads and disks a good clean, as well as a re-bleed then went to bed them back in and gave another test. Job well done, brakes were good as new. All this extra work was at no cost I would like to add.
I was very happy with the price I was given for the main work that had to be done and to not charge me for the extra work was next level customer service.
On the same day I took my bike out for a good ride. Bear in mind it’s 5 years old, it felt like I had a brand new bike again. Very happy customer. Would highly recommend Cycles UK Maidstone.
