Great to work with. I moved away and had a Trek gift card and could not use it online or at a local retailer so it had to be used at a trek store. I called the store and they worked with me to order the things I wanted and allowed me to use my gift card over the phone and ship me my items
From the person at the front of the store to the technicians, everyone was super friendly and nice. My bike got fixed in a timely matter and they really care all was right with it.
