They are so very supportive at the Chattanooga Trek Store. Any issues with your bike and they are on it. We bought two e-bikes and I really enjoyed working with them to get the best bike to fit my desires. They have helped me so much in arriving at the sweet spot of comfort on my bike as well. Tweaked until we arrived at the perfect setup. I’m so very appreciative. They are knowledgeable and very fast in service. If they don’t know what to do they will research and find out. Bill did an excellent job fitting me to my bike. He gave me suggestions on how to improve my cycling experience. With this fitting, it helped me improve my ride time and my comfort on my bike has improved as well.
I am a regular customer and have always received great and friendly customer service. I am currently out of town and had an issue mounting by bile to a borrowed Alpcour trainer. The skewer I received with the trainer did not fit my bike. After two texts Atlanta Cycling was able to determine the adaptors I needed and had them sent to me so that I could make use of the trainer for exercise. I would never have found the correct fittings without their assistance.

I really appreciate Trek Store Chattanooga. I was in dire need to maintenance and repair my bike that I use to get around and they delivered. I appreciate their professional customer service and attention to detail on the needs of my bike. They were also nice when each time I came in close to closing time as it was the only time I can make it there. Thank you so so much!
