I was impressed with there service department. Most repair shop (bike) talk well, but they don't repair your bike well. that didn't with my experience with Trek.
This store and employees are amazing! They got our bikes put together quickly for the 70.3 in Chattanooga and broken down the Monday after. They were all so nice and friendly. I would use them anytime I bring my bike to Chattanooga and recommend them to anyone.
