I was there for Ironman from about 8 hours away and spotted a bike carrier I was in the market for that Trek had a special offer for. Trek was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our bike carrier. The follow-up took some time as Kuat had a part we needed for repair on backorder, but as soon as the part was available, Trek got the part out to us as promised. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service, communication and overall professionalism, and will positively suggest the Chattanooga Trek Store to anyone with bicycle needs in the area.
I’ve bought 3 bikes here. Recently, my e-bike fell off the bike rack on the back of the car and needed repairs. They fixed it promptly at a reasonable price. Top notch service!

Professional staff that are service oriented. Wanted to be sure we both agreed on what was needed to service my bikes, so no surprises at pick up. Answered all my other questions in a timely courteous manner. Worked well with me to schedule service drop off and pick up since I have over an hour drive to the store. Will definitely recommend to others!
