I love the products and I love the customer service and everybody there is like family whenever I can support I do I’ve been knowing Josh Boggs over 20 years.
Everyone was friendly and super helpful. Steven helped me pick out a new Aventon ebike (which I love!). We rode 3 different bakes and he answered all my questions. The bike I wanted had to be ordered but he was able to link me to an exiting order so I got the bike in 1 week instead of 3-4.
Charlie and Matt helped me choose some accessories when I came to pick up the bike. They installed them on the spot and made sure the bike fitted me properly before helping me put it on the rack to head home.
All in all, fantastic (teamwork) service and a wonderful product resulted in a very happy customer! I would recommend the store any day (and already have!).

I could never speak highly enough about Atlanta cycling and its associates. Over the years my brother and I have purchased multiple bikes from the company. My latest purchase was a pair of Trek Rail 9.8’s. One was for me, and one was a surprise gift for my brother. Mary and Chris at the Alpharetta location did an awesome job explaining the differences in Trek’s line of E-Bikes, and made sure what we landed on was right for us. With a price point that exceeded the cost of our first cars, having associates who take the time to explain the product and its benefits in the manner they did is truly invaluable. If I’m in the market for bikes or accessories, I will be visiting Atlanta cycling exclusively. Thank you, Mary and Chris, and thank you Atlanta Cycling.

Eric was a great salesman. He helped me as soon as I walked in to when I peddled out of their parking lot. He helped me figure out all the bits and features I wanted on my next bike.
Though a bicycle chain, this Trek store is definitely my go to local bike shop! The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and never display the "elitist" attitude. Their customer service/support handles any issues that I my have very promptly and appropriately. Would highly recommend Trek of Greenville!

I have visited the Spartanburg Trek store numerous times. I purchased a Trek FX4 gravel bike from them in 2024. I recently had it serviced and ended up purchasing a new Domane road bike while in the store. The staff has always been top-notch and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this store for any bicycle purchases. This is my fourth Trek bike, so I highly recommend the brand.
