I was impressed with there service department. Most repair shop (bike) talk well, but they don't repair your bike well. that didn't with my experience with Trek.
I'm new to cycling and brought my bike in repair. Steven could not have been more helpful by recommending and ordering the part I needed and scheduled a quick service appointment for the repair as soon as the part arrived.

I was so pleased at the above and beyond service I got when I came in to buy a rack for the back of my bike. It was installed, my chain put back on and oiled, and they even came out to check on my car rack. I love this store!

I came into the store with a bunch of questions about setting up my bike. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even though they were busy. They took the time to make sure they listened, and gave me a bunch of advice to walk away satisfied, not just to sell me a product.
Always great working with the Trek team. With each visit I learn a little more about my bike but also things I can do that may make improvements in my performance.
I brought my bike in for an emergency repair the day before the Chattanooga IM70.3. Steve checked me in and assured me that they could get it done in plenty of time to get my bike racked that day. They had it fixed and back to me in an hour and a half! Great service!
My wife and I had shopped around a few weeks and this was by far the best experience! Bill and Matt were incredibly nice and we enjoyed hanging with them. Obviously knew their stuff, but kept it simple. 5 stars
Steve in the service department is top notch!
The day before Ironman Chattanooga, I called the shop due to my friend having a problem with his DI system. With hours before bike check in the shop got his bike up in running. The service manager ran that service department like a well so well. I was blow away with how helpful and efficient he and his team were to my friend and getting his bike back in the game. The server department had his bike in and out with. With so many bike’s coming in due to the race. I was amazed at the professionalism and quality of work. 10 out of 10 would recommend this shop to anyone in need of bike maintenance.

I cannot thank everyone in the service department enough! Every staff person was so kind and helpful. My di2 was stuck in crash mode the day before Chattanooga 70.3. Not only did they fix that, they tightened some loose bolts and cleaned my bike… in 2.5 hours while helping other triathletes having their own bike emergencies. THANK YOU!
