Every time I visit the staff are super helpful. When we picked up my daughter's new bike we got help fitting and a good tutorial in how to work the bike, using a trainer.

Matt is the absolute man! He helped me navigate getting my first bike and was robust and detailed in explaining the differences, pros, cons, and capacities of each bike I was considering. He also gave me alternatives based on the type of cycling I wanted to tackle in the future. I'm super glad I walked into Atlanta Cycling and that Matt was there to help get me all squared away, and will absolutely be using him as a resource moving forward for other bike needs!
Great service and communication
I bought a Trek Domane AL2 Gen 4 originally from the store in Greenville with a deposit. Unfortunately it was at the Spartanburg store and would have to be transferred over. I was impatient and went over to the Spartanburg store to just pick it up myself and met with Bradley who ultimately got me fitted (first time ever being fitted) and had me on my way in a a short time. I cannot say enough nice things about both stores however Bradley was excellent. Thank your staff for me! I appreciate the knowledge and support as I embark on this new road cycling journey. Maybe I can meet you all on a group ride once I am not such a newb. God Bless.
Both Luke and Josh were extreme helpful in educating me about all of the parts that needed to be replaced and produced an estimate of the invoice prior to starting repairs, that only differed
from the Invoice by the Sales Tax amount. The work was completed ahead of the scheduled date and I was texted when the work was done.
I will certainly make you my goto place for all of my future bicycling needs.

tried to order FX2 online and couldn’t get order to take so called and spoke w Samantha. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She assisted me with my order online , answered all my questions about bike specs and confirmed several items about changes I wanted to make to cassette, fork, tires, seatpost etc. She explained differences between FX Gen 3 and Gen 4 although. Didn’t realize the Gen 4 I purchased was a 1X. Hope is servers my purpose. Really appreciate the help and my friend in Atlanta picked it up with no issues.

After dealing with a total of 4 area Trek stores, your facility has been the best by far! The shop atmosphere, knowledge, and personal customer service make it a delight to visit. Your whole staff has been great, and Bay in particular has gone the extra mile for me! As for the Trek brand, 4 of the bikes in our family stable are now Treks. Enough said.
