The Chattanooga Trek folks always treat us with speedy attention. Turn-around time is about as good as possible, given the need for parts that are not in stock. There are many good bike shops in Chattanooga besides the Trek store. We choose to do our business at Trek because we bought our most recent bike from there. And it is conveniently located for us. Keep up the good work!

Bike runs quieter now after bottom bracket bearings replaced. Didn't help me get up Paris Mountain faster, but appreciate being flexible on timing of repairs.
