Ich wurde kompetent beraten und meine Wünsche die das E-Bike haben sollte, sind alle erfüllt.
Jetzt habe ich ein wesentlich leichteres E-Bike welches mit 10 kg weniger als mein altes, ich alleine aus dem Keller tragen kann.

Die Technik hat sich auch verbessert. Eine Einweisung erfolgte auch mit der Bosch Flow App.

Ich bin absoluter Anfänger im Bereich Gravel Bikes und hatte dementsprechend wenig Erfahrung. Umso mehr hat es mich gefreut, wie ausführlich und geduldig ich beraten wurde. Es wurde sich viel Zeit genommen, auf meine Fragen eingegangen und alles verständlich erklärt. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kann die Beratung nur weiterempfehlen!

The arthritis in my hands acts up when I ride my bike. I stopped in for a consultation about how to lesson the pressure on my hands. The owner immediately stopped what he was doing, listened, and then offered and executed a plan to help my hands. He replaced a part to change the positioning of my handlebars to relieve the pressure.

We like having personal service close to home. We love our Trek e-bikes and haven't had any problems with them, but our questions have always been answered and tge customer service is top notch.
