Service technician was great. I did talk to a sales person and they immediately tried to size me without asking me any questions including my height. I had test rode with a different sales person the day before and already been sized. I'm not sure if its because they didn't have the size I asked for in stock or what.

Have been coming to this place for 16 + years. The people working there have been amazingly professional and friendly . When having any of my multiple bikes worked on they never tried to sell me anything nor needed to fix them . The management team as well as the mechanics are very knowledgeable . I’ve had the pleasure of their support for when I bought several bikes at this store or upgraded the bikes I had over the years after getting information from them on what worked best for me as they know how I ride and where . Won’t go anywhere else as long as these people are here .

I really love the Trek Bicycle Massapequa shop. I feels like a family owned shop. The people that work in the shop are great, helpful and love bikes and riding. Liam has been especially helpful and gets me in and out quickly. Great team!

I recently fully disassembled and repainted a BMX bike. Since the bike was for a 6 year old racer, I wanted to make sure everything was assembled and adjusted properly for performance and safety. The service department was very helpful with guidance on the painting and got the bike in quickly and turned it around even quicker. I was very impressed and appreciative of the level and speed of service! They are very knowledgeable and great to work with. I will definitely be returning for all of our future bike needs.
Both Wade and Ricky were extremely helpful with my kid's bike yesterday. Wade offered really great suggestions to help my kid (whose bike it too big for training wheels) learn how to ride.
