Went in to have a Trek Rail serviced and minor repairs done. Staff was professional and accommodating. They recommended software updates to the bike I didn't even know was a maintenance item. They provided an itemized receipt of all work to be done before I left the store, when dropping off the bike. They clearly let me know when they expected to be done with repairs based on other bikes in front of mine.
There were no surprises when I went to pick up the bike, it was repaired in the estimated time frame and the cost was exactly what was presented when I dropped the bike off.

Your customer service is excellent. Tom was especially helpful, the service work done on my bicycle impressed me. The work performed was prompt. I have had work done in the past and it is still the best and I will always visit Ridley's Cycle and certainly reccomend the company for the very best repair services.

Just dropped by with a broken wheel on the front of my child's bike. Ethan and Derek quickly found the replacement and had it, along with a new tire, back on the bike in no time. While it was on the service rack, Ethan did a quick check to ensure all was running smoothly with the drivetrain, and even lubed the chain for good measure. I won't take my bike anywhere else, and I would recommend anyone with a bike concern to visit the Bike Store. They're simply the best in the business!
