Die Beratung!!! Ich bin immer noch sehr angetan von der Beratung und das Fachwissen. Das Team ist super, man fühlt sich super wohl. Alles wird einem Schritt für Schritt erklärt. Man merkt wie sehr die Mitarbeiter sich die Zeit nehmen bis wirklich auch jede Frage beantwortet ist. Ich bin sehr happy, auch mit meinem neuen Fahrrad, welches perfekt auf meine Körpermaße angepasst wurde sodass ich den besten Fahrkomfort bekomme. Ich würde jedem, der ein gutes Fahrrad sucht, ans Herz lagen sich dort beraten zu lassen! ☺️

The level of knowledge and customer service at Trek Windsor is just superb. They are always looking for the best options for clients and happy to research and involve vendors to get the right outcomes. One of the best things is they have trialled most of the products and can give real world experience and understanding before you go down the same path.
