My husband brought his tubeless tire into the shop for repair and the staff were incredibly helpful and retaped the inner rim in a short amount of time. They even washed all the goo off from the valve that had exploded everywhere on the bike and tire. While I waited for my husband, a staff member offered to get me some water!
When we returned to pick up my husband's bike, I consulted one of your female staff about problems I am having with an Ibis dropper post on my mountain bike and she was incredibly knowledgable. She gave me several options for repair or replacement instead of the weird advice I got from other bike shops and enthusiasts. Apparently, she used to work for Ibis. Whoever hired her got a gem!

The professionalism and courtesy of the people is why I shop and get my bikes serviced at Cyclewerks in Whitehouse, and why I will always go back. A ridiculously well run store and service center.

As always, this location shocks me with their turnover time. Dropped off my bike on a Thursday, was told it would be ready by Monday. Got an email by the end of the day on Thursday that my bike was ready. They always do great work!

Entered the store with two active grandsons (10 & 9 yrs) with many questions (especially regarding costs of individual items and value of the gross inventory of the store). The oldest was set up on a trainer with a video link. We eventually left with the two helmets that we came for. The attendant who took care of us was not fazed by the near chaos . Thanks

I love the friendly greeting and the expert staff! I brought my bike in, was given an estimated date for pick-up, and got a call that my bike was ready a bit earlier than expected. Some good bike talk, too! This bike was purchased at this shop. It's a quality bike and the staff is helping me keep it in good running order.

All the staff were helpful in assisting me, and the bicycle I bought is wonderful; it exceeded my expectations.
I cannot say enough about everyone at ABC. I ordered an e-bike with a light problem. They made it their mission to resolve it and they did just that. They could’ve easily given up. Instead they went above and beyond to get it resolved. On top of that, spending as much time as I did at the store I had a chance to chat with sales employees. I found than all kind, engaging, and interesting. In all, what a fantastic group of people.
