The team is really good, trying to help and solve problems. Very engaged. My impression is that the ordering system isn‘t really intuitive. I was waiting for ordered items and the prediction wax : during the week. I hadn‘t heard until Thursday which is when I checked with them. In the end the item arrived on Friday, not exactly during the week…in my books. Again, maybe more a system issue, not the teams fault.
