Everyone working at Action Sports is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are eager to help and full of encouragement to all who want to start bike riding. I also really appreciate that they save all purchase information on their system and can help identify what replacement parts are needed. Their repair shop is also really great. They can fix just about anything and also do tune ups and even wash the bike.
Good stock, pretty reasonable prices, but the staff is top-notch. Every time I've come in with a weird problem or stupid question, a tech has taken a minute or two to give me the options for addressing it, pointed me to a product that does the job, weighed cost-benefit factors in my purchasing decision, or actually given me step-by-step instructions. They're all unfailingly polite and good listeners.
The staff is very knowledgeable, patient and willing to share biking best practices. Highly recommended.

Great quality
Even though the completion date was not met, the staff did everything it could to provide good service. It made a special effort to deliver the bikes to our home after hours!

I went into the store, asked a question to one of your techs, they took their time and gave me several options to fit my needs. They treated me like a family member, I went with the best option! When picking up my bike, they went over in detail on what was done! My bike has alot of up grades, and drives great! Will be back for more stuff very in the near future.

David is great to work with!!! Very honest upfront about what needed to get done to tune my bike and make it fit for the next 20 years of riding! And extremely reasonable in cost!
He also took lots of time with my husband who is interested in purchasing an e-bike at some point. We both left feeling we had learned a lot!
