Just bought my son’s 2nd bike from these guys. I like that the people working ask you about the type of riding you do. Then they show you what models they think will work for you and you go from there. It wasn’t about how much money we had in our pocket. They gave us choices and we ended up getting the more expensive choice because of my son’s height and weight plus the options on the bike. I figured pay a little more now instead of buying another whole bike in 2 years. LoL! Anyway, my daughter is next but we’ll see because she has been m.i.a. the last couple of time we went riding!

I had an excellent experience at Trek Wilmington. I brought my Trek Checkpoint SL 5 in after having chain and shifting issues during a recent ride, and the team took great care of me.
Connor, was especially outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the bike, quickly identified that the derailleur hanger was bent and that the electronic shifting was out of alignment, and clearly explained what was going on in a way that made sense. The staff got everything realigned and shifting properly again.
I was also impressed that they completed the bike’s first service while I waited, added sealant to the tires, cleaned the drivetrain, and gave me helpful advice on better chain maintenance using dry lube. Connor was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what he does.
Great customer service, excellent communication, and a shop that genuinely cares about riders. Highly recommend Trek Wilmington, and special thanks to Connor and the entire staff.

Employees were very helpful. My ebike has never had a service so it was time.
But i needed parts from biktrix in stoon. I asked the WC employee if they could phone in the parts they needed and I would pick them up the next day when I was going thru Stoon, they said "they could, but would have to charge me their cost? I said thats wierd, could you email or text me the part #s I need and ill phone bitrix? They did, not sure what the difference is. But besides that, the service department is great.
