I had a flat tire and I brought it in and was immediately taken care of. I had never been at the dealership before and was pleasantly surprised going in. I apologize for not getting the gentleman"s name I talked to but he was very helpful and knowledge. While I waited a very talented young girl changed my tube and fixed my problem. The whole experience will make me return to the dealership

Great place to get outfitted and sized and then discuss the components of the bikes. Limited frame selection with mostly Trek and Specialized.

Great service and friendly staff
Although it took three weeks for my order to come in, I was called promptly when it did. I found the people working at the store in Randolph to be pleasant and helpful, especially to someone new to the biking experience. I did not find the same atmosphere at the Morristown store, so I would recommend the Randolph store over the Morristown one.
Steve in sales was very helpful and definitely low pressure. He was more focused on getting my wife the right bike for her versus upselling her. There was also an issue with one of the demo. e-bikes and the repair staff diagnosed and repaired it quickly. We were quite impressed!
