It was 5pm when my son and I arrived to the bike shop. We didn’t know, but store closed at 5. We saw she hours on the door and went to return to our car, then a worker came out and said what can I help you with. He ended up letting us in the store to purchase a mountain bike. Was very appreciative of him and staff for making my son a very happy and now save rider.

The were very thorough with trying to fix my bike. Although, my bike had a bigger issue than they could fix, they at least found the issue, which other bike show did not. They also were very friendly and helpful with all my questions and concerns.

I had a flat tire, and the tech who fixed it was great! Took about 10 minutes to replace the inner tube and was very affordable! I highly recommend!

The gentlemen were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were very patient helping me decide on the correct bike for my needs and stature. There was absolutely no pressure and they made me very comfortable with purchasing and writing my new bike. I appreciate their excellent customer service and patience.
