The friendly younger blond gentleman, who I believe was named Sam, was knowledgeable and very helpful. He was excellent at sales without being pushy. He understood what I needed and worked with me to find suitable solutions.
The mechanic, who may also have been named Sam, was excellent as well. He completed everything I requested and created a practical plan that suited my limited budget.
Overall, it was a very good experience.

Chris and the crew in service sell me the necessary parts and repairs to keep my bike in good working order and on the trails. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of or upsold just because I'm a captive audience at the time. I appreciate that approach and it keeps me coming back.
I have come 3 times from Claremont on a Sunday morning. Needed small wheels inner tubes repaired or exchanged. No waiting. Quick work.

I visited a few weeks back as I am interested in an e-gravel bike (Trek Checkpoint+). However, I am dealing with a medical issue for the next month and won't be riding much for a bit (flat easy stuff I can do without motor assist).

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Best selection of mountain bikes in Norman. Pricing seemed on par for this area. I bought a Trek Rosco 7. Got lucky and found one that trek had upgraded from the factory with fox 36 x grip fork for the same price as the Rock shock that trek uses for the Rosco 7. I highly recommend Phat tire for shopping and repairs. It's my first stop for bicycle anything.
