Quick turn around on repairs and replacement.
I brought my Catrike to Bikes and Beyond hoping to find a safety flag which snapped in half accidentally. The gentleman saw me coming and quickly opened the double doors to better accommodate my somewhat awkward Trike. Then when I explained to him what I needed he consulted with a co-worker and was able to fetch exactly what I wanted and for a very reasonable price. Many thanks.

Knowledgeable techs and quick turnaround
Everyone was super positive & friendly, the bike was treated as if it was there own, the price was reasonable bcuz you get what you pay for & if you do not support your local bike mechanic you will need to buy yourself a bike tree & all the tools & jigs/fixtures necessary to repair & maintain your own bike. I was very very lucky to find another great place to bring my bikes after Ben from Happy Go left DC for western mass. I'd rather do carpentry & let the guys fix my bikes while I work... that is safer, better use of my time, and no new set of tools to buy.
Massive thumbs up- in fact I think someone is foolish NOT to bring there bike(s) in to Bike & Board Bethesda.

Josh provided excellent customer service and took the time to explain to us what he was doing to repair and change out our tires. He also got us in quickly to fix out broken bikes! 🙂
Trek - Fyshwick are fabulous. Nothing is ever any trouble. They recently fixed a broken spoke to get us back on the road. Thoroughly recommend them.
