Jake is a friendly service guy. And quite thorough and detail oriented. I like working with him. I've been an Eddy's Bike customer for 15 years, 3 new bikes, one complete overhaul of a 30 year old Trek, and numerous tune-ups and adjustments.
So responsive and informative as usual. This time, quick service for a flat and tube lining install so I don't miss a day of riding. Last time, gave me up keep and maintenance tips which probably lost them some maintenance business, but they care about their riders, not always about making every dollar possible.

I have shopped at All American Bikes over 20 years. I love the personalized service. Matt and Joe really know bikes. From new bikes to excellent service, I have always been extremely pleased. Never in a rush, explain and answer all my questions. Also, great location here in Damascus.
So I go in every so often when I have parts in my home I personally don’t want to work on. I was at the Springdale location and Andrew helped with my bike. He is always friendly and just a great guy cannot thank him enough. He has helped me with many bikes over the past five years and just can’t thank him enough

The young lady that sold me the bike was very helpful. The shop didn’t have a bike to fit me at the time so she took my name and number. As soon as one came in she called immediately for me to come check it out and I bought it.
