There is plenty of equipment available and the machines are always in working order. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming.
I'm always greeted with a sincere "Hi, welcome back!", even if I don't go to the gym for months at a time. The new weight room upstairs is perfect for if you don't like a big crowd during busier times. And when I leave, the greeters always say "Take care!" while waving goodbye.

I love almost everything about this gym, the staff is so outgoing, friendly, and easy to get along with. I’ve only been coming to this gym for about 2 weeks and already feel comfortable and welcomed. It’s very clean, always has plenty of cleaning equipment to use for the members, the bathrooms are clean, the machines are always in working order and everything just seems to run smoothly here! Love it, the staff is fantastic, the amenities are amazing, and the vibe… immaculate !
The 24/7 access to the gym is what I like best about it. Due to my schedule I need to work out very early in the morning and Club 24 allows me the flexibility I need. Also, I like that the gym has made some needed improvements in equipment in the last six months. There is still work to be done in that area, but I am glad they are heading in the right direction.

As a plus size girl I have always been anxious to go to a public gym. Since college is out for the summer where I would normally go. I thought it was time to try to go a gym closer to home and try to over come my fear. And I can say the staff have been welcoming and kind all smiles when I come in. It’s definitely a fresh air knowing I was able to go to a gym and not be judged about my size. It just made me and my confidence go up. Thank you Middletown team
