Friendly, helpful staff, clean and well maintained facility with a good variety of equipment. Bathrooms are always clean including the shower area, and generally well stocked with soap, paper towels, etc. I especially appreciate that for members, Club 24 is a true 24 hour facility due to key card access being available during unstaffed hours. A great value for the membership prices.
People are very knowledgeable about what a person needs and have a lot of patience
The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The gym is not overly crowded and the air conditioning works. I can always get the equipment needed and the equipment layout is pretty good. Wish you had a Hip Thrust machine and lying down leg curl machine but other than that, there’s enough equipment to use.

There is a wide variety of exercise equipment, love the cinema room and recovery area with hydromassage chairs, very nice staff and the 24/7 hours
Friendly staff
Friendly staff, clean facilities. One suggestion would be to lower volume on gym music, especially after hours. Most people have head phones on and at times I can't hear my own music in my head phones over the gyms.
The place is coming around. The prices are reasonable and would recommend to anyone looking to join a gym.
Gym is very clean, state of the art equipment, very spacious. Wish the other nearby organizations follows New Milford. It would get more people in the door if there was more space and state of the art equipments and not the cheap stuff like Fettle.
