It's pretty clean with lots of room. Staff seems friendly. The Brookfield location always seems to have SOMETHING wrong with it. If I can make one recommendation - please get a shoulder shrug machine, even a simple one! Thanks
It’s open 24/7, especially on Saturday and Sunday
Everything is modern. The machines are super nice, there is a huge variety of machines for each muscle group, it is super welcoming.

My son and I have been members for several years now as it's a very good value for what we want... The staff is friendly and helpful though it's a bit of a bummer that Donny left. He was on top of things and was always so pleasant.
There are some things that could use improvement:
Cleanliness (in the weight room especially)
Maintenance (out of order machines sit for quite awhile)
Wifi (connectivity is terrible in the weight room and non-existent in the turf room in the back. Can't a few extenders be installed?

Friendly, helpful staff, clean and well maintained facility with a good variety of equipment. Bathrooms are always clean including the shower area, and generally well stocked with soap, paper towels, etc. I especially appreciate that for members, Club 24 is a true 24 hour facility due to key card access being available during unstaffed hours. A great value for the membership prices.
People are very knowledgeable about what a person needs and have a lot of patience
The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The gym is not overly crowded and the air conditioning works. I can always get the equipment needed and the equipment layout is pretty good. Wish you had a Hip Thrust machine and lying down leg curl machine but other than that, there’s enough equipment to use.
Clean and tidy facility, friendly staff and never over crowded.
Staff is very nice, the facility is clean and they make sure the equipment is working. Even when it’s busy there is more then enough equipment to use.
