What do you like about our services?

I really like the club. With the Covid cases increasing - I do suggest that the club have stricter policies in distancing as well as cleaning. More spray bottles are needed

The staff is fantastic - friendly and eager to help. Please keep that end of the club up. The size of the club is also great.

What do you like about our services?

The club is well-maintained and staff is friendly (New Milford, CT.) My only recommendation would be to tone-down the profanity-filled music. It does not always happen, but I brought my son to the club last week and there was very profane rap music playing, and it was playing loud.

In regards to the music you mentioned, we typically have a set list of music we play throughout the day. Occasionally, our music software continues into the next playlist, which may not be Club 24 approved. While it is a rare occurrence, if you notice this in the future, please let me know right away so that I can address it. I will be sure to discuss the music with the staff as well so that we may avoid this issue in the future.

What do you like about our services?

The thing I like most about the Torrington Club 24 are the fantastic staff they have. They make me feel like I am important to them whenever I come to the gym. They take the time to talk to me about any questions that I have and show me what I need to do without making me feel like I am bothering them. I had that experience at the gym i used before.

I do have one problem though. My son likes to use the arc trainer. Due to Covid I realize that you have to close several of the pieces of equipment. But since there is only one arc trainer at this gym why does it have to be closed down? Can't it be relocated so that it can be used?

What do you like about our services?

Really happy with the changes at the gym over the past year. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming every time I come in. Great way to start my workouts. Val has done a good job making changes and keeping things running smoothly. (Good job with the COVID response, btw!) I take HYPE classes and appreciate the current mix of trainers. They all have a different style which makes each class fun, and challenging in different ways, just like it should be! (We really could use a set of 15# DB in HYPE though. I've asked already and been told they'd be there "next week", which has come and gone several times. Maybe this week?) Finally, I can't say enough good things about my PT, Jagur Layman. In our twice a week sessions, and with the plan he's given me for the other days, I've seen real results in developing strength and learning proper form, way more than I ever thought possible. He knows how to train and motivate and I'm excited about continuing with him. He's a great representative for Club 24!
