My experience so far has been very good. I have only been a member for 2 weeks so there is so much more to experience. I am impression with the professionalism of the trainers, the courtesy of the reception desk, the cleanliness of the facility and most of all the follow up of my personal trainer. The thing I look for is the ability of an organization to maintain the high level of services beyond the initial meeting.
Very clean, friendly management, varied classes with experienced teachers, clean machines in good working condition.
I do think you should install some kind of music in the locker room and have mentioned it a few times. You did a nice job upgrading the men's locker room but really need music playing in there. Very quiet without it and after a workout it is nice to have music to listen to while getting ready for work.

Great gym, great new equipment - just wish people would wipe the machines after use - it’s the same people and most of them regulars. Maybe post a few signs asking people to wipe machines after use… and the trainers should make their clients do it during training sessions. Other than that - solid 10!
