It's pretty clean with lots of room. Staff seems friendly. The Brookfield location always seems to have SOMETHING wrong with it. If I can make one recommendation - please get a shoulder shrug machine, even a simple one! Thanks
It’s open 24/7, especially on Saturday and Sunday
Everything is modern. The machines are super nice, there is a huge variety of machines for each muscle group, it is super welcoming.

My son and I have been members for several years now as it's a very good value for what we want... The staff is friendly and helpful though it's a bit of a bummer that Donny left. He was on top of things and was always so pleasant.
There are some things that could use improvement:
Cleanliness (in the weight room especially)
Maintenance (out of order machines sit for quite awhile)
Wifi (connectivity is terrible in the weight room and non-existent in the turf room in the back. Can't a few extenders be installed?

Friendly, helpful staff, clean and well maintained facility with a good variety of equipment. Bathrooms are always clean including the shower area, and generally well stocked with soap, paper towels, etc. I especially appreciate that for members, Club 24 is a true 24 hour facility due to key card access being available during unstaffed hours. A great value for the membership prices.
It’s very disappointing that you would treat members so disproportionately different. The experience in New Milford is multiple times better than Newtown. The gym in Newtown is inferior in all ways but mostly facilities and equipment. I’m now thinking about cancelling my membership as club 24 shows it knows what a nice gym is , but prefers to give a sub par experience to Newtown members for the same money. It’s disgraceful.
