How easy it is to schedule when my son moves up to new levels. How the staff works with you in getting the right days and times that fit within your schedule. The instructors are amazing, and my son has grown close to a few even after he's moved up in levels. When we have to schedule a make-up class and there are options to pick previous instructors he had, he loves that he able to work with them again! The app also makes it so easy to check-in, schedule make-ups and communication.
My kids used to be terrified to go underwater. Now they can confidently swim and love to swim and go under the water! We love all the coaches and staff!
We started our journey in Nov 2025 at level 3 for both kiddos and now in March 2026 they are at level 5 (ages 8 & 10). We greatly appreciate the supportive coaches, as well as friendly and super helpful support staff. Clean, comfortable changing and viewing areas.
We have been enrolled at Aquatots for close to a year now and have both of our boys taking classes. We have seen leaps & bounds of growth for both of them. Our older son is in Level 3 and we have seen him go from crying on his first lesson to now jumping into the pool. Our youngest son is in Level 2 and we have seen him become more comfortable in the water each lesson as well as guidance on how to best help him achieve each of his goals. Every instructor and front end staff member we have encountered always has a positive attitude and willingness to help.

Our daughter’s instructor Alex is outstanding. Gone over and above to make her comfortable in the pool, we love the cleanliness of the change rooms and the comfortableness of the way of the waiting area for parents. It’s really nice that we have an option to make a make up lesson.
Everyone is super friendly ! Staff and coaches are always polite and friendly. And anytime I have came to them with a question or issue. It’s been quickly resolved and I felt like I was heard and valued as a member there. My kids love it there. And we are excited to continue going !!
