Melissa at the desk is the kindest, most welcoming person. She is a standout. She always greets us and everyone that comes through the door with the brightest smile and calls most of the kids by name! It really is a pleasure to see her every week. :)

It’s a great swim program that focuses on skills each session and build from those skills each session. The instructors give us updates after each class. The facility is set up only for swim classes and not a shared establishment like most other swim classes. The instructors are well trained, friendly and patient.

I love the staff and the flexibility of being able to cancel and do makeup classes. However, the front desk woman ( general managers daughter) is nasty and should be removed from her position.
I love how attentive the staff are. They know each child by name even after a short time of being there. They are super friendly and approachable. The instructors give each child in a group lesson an appropriate amount of time and support during in water lessons and after during feedback. As a parent, being able to see my child’s progression week to week/lesson to lesson is amazing.

Aqua-tots has a great vibe.. love the friendly environment and employees. Lessons are easy to schedule/reschedule.
