Very attentive staff .. great scheduling set up and amzing coaches in the water …. Visible progress of children from one lesson to next .. perfect class sizes
The front desk is helpful ! The instructors are great, I feel comfortable and happy knowing my child is learningand having a great time! 😊
Staff is excellent. Front desk always say Hi and remember my kids names. The swim staff is great and my kids have a great time. So much better than Safesplash. Also your more generous make up token policy is a big plus.
Instructors are professional, always on time, the facility is clean, staff are friendly and attentive, and I love the app that is easy to use to cancel an appointment or schedule a makeup. My child loves her classes. My child is learning and looks forward to attending their class.
Customer service is phenomenal and our daughter is learning so much. We are really impressed overall and you guys should be proud of your team!
Instructors and staff are great! I just wish you offered private or semi-private lessons. I would pay for that.
The instructors are kind and knowledgeable. They are able to quickly adapt to the skill level of each individual student while instilling confidence and allowing for natural progression of skill.

One of the managers (Nix?) and three of the instructors (Mia, Javontae, and Rada) have all been fantastic. Also, I lost my wallet there, and you guys found it and got it back to me!! Thank you!
Two suggested improvements would be: (1) make waitlists for classes, instead of making us call all the time to see if a spot has opened up, and (2) make an accessible list of when which coach is teaching which class -- this would make it way easier to choose a make-up lesson.
Overall we are very happy with the school. I hope you can implement the suggestions above, thanks :)
Everything is perfect
The coaches are very supportive and work together as a team to support my child. They have a great system in place.
We have seen more progress in the past couple of months with Aqua Tots then we did in a year at his previous swim school. The staff is supportive, caring, and challenging for the purposes of his growth. We are very pleased with the facility, staff, and training he is receiving! No notes!!

Attentive instructors that build a relationship with our child and create a welcoming atmosphere for children of all comfort levels.
There are amazing employees that work here. Chris and Elia have helped our terrified little girl go from crying to having fun getting her face wet with private lessons. My only issue with the program is the unavailability of make-up lessons. We only do private lessons and I have been told that the way the “system” works has no availability for make-up lessons. If that flaw was corrected I would give this place a solid 10
My girls have gone a long way since starting their classes and its always great feedback as far as what they need to work on.
Coach Alex and Coach Haley H are fantastic. They do a wonderful job getting my little one excited and confident in the pool.
We love the coaches and the skills being taught. So much flexibility with classes and scheduling.
The lessons are very structured. The coaches are very professional ,and are able to keep the kids engaged.
We are very pleased with our kids’ progress, the coaches are wonderful, the location is convenient, the small class size is perfect, and our kids have fun! Only “wishes” would be the option for an hour-long class and the ability to reschedule more than a week in advance. But overall, we are so happy with the program and have recommended it to others!
We’ve two kids enrolled (5&8) in the same class! Ms.Ava is just sweet and very competent! Being able to manage different ages and adjusting her teaching is a tough thing to do and she just accomplishes! Our kids love her and we love the progress they're making.
Facility is very clean and staff super kind, supportive and welcoming!
My son has made some good progress level after level. He also enjoys swimming with every coach. They are all kind and knowledgeable.
My kids are not afraid of water and learned how to stay calm and hold their breaths when under water!
