So good at explaining and communicating and making it feel like a safe space for my daughter.
This location is extremely well run. My son has inattentive adhd/ auditory dyslexia so translating verbal instructions into actions creates an extreme hardship for him. Prior to joining the school he was swimming with City of Toronto for about 8 months. The progress he has made over the last 10 lessons in comparison to his full 8 months with the city is astounding. Literally every lesson with the city ended in tears. Here, he is happy, and confident. The attitudes of the swim/ front desk staff are amazing. You can tell how much the staff genuinely want the kids to learn properly. It cannot be easy dealing with the volume and variety of children they teach yet I have not seen a single ounce of frustration from any employee working there.
My child has improved so much on his skills since first starting. Instructor Mark has been great working with my child to develop these skills
We love Aqua-Tots! Our child is very cared for during swim lesson and given individual attention and instruction based on her needs and comfort level. The staff is so friendly and everyone is well trained in their position.
The staff is extremely friendly and works hard to keep the children. Wyatt has helped me tremendously work with my son and goes the extra mile. Also, Morgan greets with a smile and helps every kid through transitions.
Coach Willow has been a great support to my toddler. She demonstrates patience and kindness when teaching my child
We have had some really amazing instructors (Cynthia, Brooke, Dean) that truly care about teaching students about water safety and swimming. They make class exciting and fun which encourages participation.

Our son loves his swimming class, couch Eimee is the best! He made a huge progrese since we started when he was 4 month old.
We have been going to Aqua-tots since our daughter was 5 months old, she is now 9 months old. Week to week we see how much her confidence grows in the water. She is learning so much, and is so comfortable with the water at such a young age.
Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and communicative. Our girls have made so much progress, and enjoy going to swim every week.

Consistent
We are so impressed with our child’s progress and skill acquisition since beginning at 4 months. We are not any less observant when around water outside of class, but we are not anxious or worried since she is catching on to life saving skills so quickly. We appreciate the coaches that are vocal and explain how we can better push our daughter to master new skills and become a better swimmer. She absolutely loves swimming thanks to all the fun she has during class as well.

The trainers are very wonderful and patient with the children. My child is developing significantly and feels safe and has fun in every session. Cleanliness and treatment here are excellent.
