Excellent care given by the coaches to make sure every child feels comfortable and supported.
Our Instructor Charles is very attentive, patient, and support our children where they are and is very encouraging when urging the children to listen, focus, and achieve the skill being presented. Even though there may be 4 or 4 children in the class the time he takes to instruct each child is quality time spent and individually instructed. I appreciate his instruction and my grandson can't wait for Wednesdays to come to swim lessons,

My daughter has special needs and the swim coach, Lori, has been GREAT with her! Lori is kind, patient, understanding, flexible, and very knowledgeable with her craft. Lori taught my daughter how to float on the second lesson! I’m so so grateful that Lori is my daughter’s swim coach! Go Lori!

Coach Tory and Coach George are amazing and my son’s favorite coaches! My son has gone from completely terrified of swimming to being completely fearless and looks forward to his lessons every week! They do an amazing job of developing his skills and confidence while emphasizing safety in the water!
I'm amazed by Aqua Tots. They are sweet, so professional, helpful, and incredible! I am very impressed at how my daughter has grown since she started. She is so excited and says "swimming day." I already recommend it to everyone! Will keep doing it.
It is a pleasant environment. Only critique would be the instability of instructors (we were asked to change times once or twice at the start).

I like Aquatots because scheduling and working with you guys is an extremely good experience. I like the front office, who are always polite. I also like your policy of makeup classes and your flexibility with class rescheduling. These are really great things that made us come back to Aqua Tots.
However, it felt like our son was stuck at level 3 for such a long time. It made us feel that no progress was being made. If level 3 is such a long step, probably it should be split into two levels. Upgrading to next level gives more confidence to the kids and reassurance to the parents. There is definitely improvement in his skill level, but the progress report was not reflecting that. I feel that some trainers did not do a good job of filling up the progress report. That's why we were stuck in level 3 for a long time. Either it should be split in two levels or the progress report should be updated consistently to reflect the actual skill progress.
Very friendly and lots of time slots available for the classes. Facility is clean. Staff is very friendly. I wish there was an aqua tot swim location a little closer to home.
