Our daughter Ariella is very nervous and her instructor Julia has been fantastic, slowly Ariella is becoming a little more comfortable in the water.
The entire staff at Aqua-Tots is incredibly caring and knowledgeable. We love how they celebrate every win for our children, while still helping them understand that learning is an ongoing practice. They never look at you strangely for asking what feels like a silly question. Additionally, and most importantly, our children genuinely like their swim instructors and want to engage with them. There is a level of trust that makes being around the water that much more fun, and safe.
He/She teaches very well, is patient, and the children are learning quickly.
Our daughter has clearly enjoyed attending her classes and learning to swim. We also appreciate how easily we can communicate with the school, which responds within a reasonable timeframe. All instructors are well trained and supportive, regardless of their roles.

Coaches and staff
We love Aqua Tots! My son has gained so much confidence in the water and it's been amazing to watch his skills develop. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and so good at making the lessons fun while still teaching water safety skills.
The always celebrate the kiddos' progress, never make them feel pressured, and really seem to understand that every child warms up and learns at their own pace.
We've been so happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend Aqua Tots to other families with young children. It has been a great investment in both his confidence and his safety around water.
We LOVE Coach Kayla! She is so patient & kind to the kids. The desk staff is incredible. Mr. Rob brings in his Pokémon cards & lets the kids pick one to take home after their swim lesson. The facility is always clean & welcoming.
We enjoy going to swim, and I think one of our two kids is learning good swim skills.
Teachers are knowledgeable and I've seen so much improvement in her comfort in the water!
Most coaches know how to teach the swim strokes and utilize the time with the kids effectively though there are some that could use improvement

The staff. Truly. You could sign up for swim classes anywhere but it’s the commitment and kindness from the staff that keep you going there and recommending it to others.

We love the community of aqua tots. The staff is very warm, welcoming and accommodating. Sylvie at the front desk always greets us with a smile and is very encouraging when our little one is having a hard time. We have had the pleasure of having Hayden and Shaniya as coaches. They are great at motivating, encouraging and teaching our son. They provide safety and fun and help us feel reassured that our child is in the best hands. We love that aqua-tots provides make-up classes so we don’t miss out if our child is sick or something comes up. It has been so rewarding to see our son learn and grow in his skills and confidence!
Overall, we've had a very positive experience with Aqua-Tots. The staff and coaches have consistently been professional, friendly, and welcoming. We've also been very happy with each of the swim coaches our daughter has worked with, and we've seen good progress in her swimming skills over the past two years.
I also really appreciate the Aqua-Tots app. It's easy to use for checking our schedule and booking make-up classes, which makes managing lessons very convenient.
The main area I would like to see improved is coach retention and consistency. Our daughter has had at least five different coaches over the past two years. While we've been happy with every coach she's been assigned, each transition takes a few classes for her and the new coach to become familiar with one another and get back into a consistent training rhythm. Greater continuity with coaches would make an already great experience even better.
Overall, we're very happy with Aqua-Tots and appreciate the quality of the staff, instruction, and customer service we've received.

Excellent customer service. Only things to improve would be having the cost a touch more affordable and having more consistency in instructors. My son in Level 3 had 6 instructors during his first 6 classes. Hoping for the same coach who can more closely track his progress.

Swim instructors are super knowledgeable and helpful, front desk is kind and also helpful. Aqua tots has helped me feel comfortable with having my baby around water and has taught him the necessary skills to get himself out of a dangerous situation. Absolutely love Aqua Tots and everything they have done for me and my baby! Highly recommend to anyone of any age.
Kids have made a huge improvement. Coaches meet them where they are at and are patient. Small classes feel safe!
The best coaches and you can change your schedule whenever you want and they're really nice and they teach the kids really good
