Swim instructors are fantastic.
Our daughter has gone from uncomfortable in the water, scared to leave a parents side, and with minimal swimming skills. Now, she loves going to swim! She loves the class, walking in with confidence. We have watched her skills continue to increase and confidence build. I think swimming is a vital life skill, and the way it is taught at Aqua-Tots has been a wonderful experience.

Aqua tots Berkley is very clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly. My daughter’s swim instructor Coach Zach is very patient with her, updates me on her progress and what I need to work on. I could not be happy with the progress my girl is making.

We absolutely love Aqua-Tots! 🩵 It has been amazing watching my son become more comfortable and confident in the water with each lesson. The coaches are always so patient, encouraging, and welcoming, and they make learning new skills fun. I especially love knowing that he is learning important water-safety skills while having such a positive experience. We always look forward to swim days! 🏊♂️💦

The cleanliness of the facility
Cassidy has been a great instructor for our little one. I really wasn't sure if we would see progress with a baby swimming until we actually started taking the classes and saw her pick up the skills. She improves with each lesson and is now kicking in the tub and engaging more with her toys in the water. I am happy with the aquatots experience so far
The patience the instructors have with my autistic daughter and teaching her hope to do Thomas isn’t the easiest task. Thank you Aqua-Tots for your amazing customer service .

the instructors are kind, the place is clean, it has everything a parent would need to watch the child, but also dress them up. I really liked the customer service and honestly even if the price is high, that’s what keeps me coming.

Format is great and easy to switch and change classes. Instructors really care and are invested in your child. It’s a very happy place for my child to be and I feel safe and comfortable bringing him
There. I really wish all instructors have direct in the moment feedback to parents on how to improve or get better for level 2 classes. Majority of coaches don’t do this and go through the paces, but in order for our children to progress we need help to get better and help our kids get better too

The team at Aqua Tots Heartland has been really receptive of the feedback I provided earlier and took concrete steps to address my concerns. I was pleasantly surprised at how promptly the GM called to hear my concerns, suggest possible solutions and actually implement them. Overall, the facility is good, the staff are good - definitely recommend
The pool and waiting area, locker room is maintained clean and safe, instructors are professional and care the baby, conceirge desk staffs are kind.
