The front desk staff is so helpful and responsive - especially Carolina! She always finds a timely solution for us. The coaches are incredible too - Coach Connor really helped my daughter these past few weeks and she is thrilled to see him each time!
The administration and instructors are very nice and easy to work with. Any questions I might have are always answered. And my grandson loves his swimming lessons. That is the most important thing.

All the staff have been amazing! My daughter is always greeted by her name when she walks in and always asks how her lesson was. That may be part of their job by the way they do it, it appears all genuine. The swim instructors are great with her. They give her praise on all her accomplishments instead of just focus on what she needs to improve. My daughter loves coming to her lessons!
We love the classes and instructors. Chloe is wonderful and the staff is always friendly, happy, supportive, and knowledgeable.

My daughter has improved so much since September, she used to be afraid to put her head underwater and now she does it no problem. Coach Emilie has been patient, kind and very encouraging with her.

Writing this review for Coach Matthew!!! Since we started at Aqua Tots, Matthew has been the most warm, kind, supportive teacher for our son. He was so patient through the beginner tears in level 2 and now is helping him transition to the next level with such care. We appreciate you so much, Matthew! Also, shout out to Coach Ally for sitting beside our son last practice to help him calm down during this transition. These gestures mean the world to a nervous Mom. Would recommend Aqua Tots to anyone.

Our son has attended Aqua-Tots for four years and has transformed into a confident, capable swimmer. The structured curriculum and encouraging instructors have been fantastic for his progression. He loves his weekly lessons—highly recommend for long-term skill building and water safety!
Instructors andrew and andrii are so caring and helping my little one improve a lot. Customer service is great, app is easy to schedule and cancel classes. Minor opportunity for improvement is the number of showers. For evening classes is almost impossible to take a shower there
We love AquaTots! Our kiddo has been attending classes for about a year. Her confidence in the water, and in life, continues to grow!

I love this swim school. The people at the front desk are kind, especially Jennifer. She always greets my children by name when she is at the desk. She is always smiling and putting the customer first.
I also love how this swim school takes feedback from customers seriously. I have left actionable feedback in the past - and the school actually listened and took steps to implement that feedback and address my concerns. I think that is the pinnacle of putting the customer first.
Moreover, I really like my daughter's instructors. Victoria has Kate for her Level 8 class - and Victoria absolutely loves her. Kate is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff - my wife and I were just complimenting on how well Victoria has learned the advanced material. Victoria now swims much better than both my wife and I combined - and we're not bad swimmers ;) Katya just started swimming - but she loves going to class. Her instructors have been kind and helpful and understanding - which are the most important traits to have for a teacher for a three-year-old.

Awesome staff
This facility is very well maintained, and the swimming coaches are truly amazing. Our autistic daughter always looks forward to her swim classes, and the complimentary lollipop and small toy after each class bring her so much joy every time.

We love the facilities and all the staff. Everything always runs so smoothly. The only things that detract from giving a 10 is that there are not enough washrooms when it’s very busy and of course instructors can be absent from time to time but ours has missed 4 of the last 6 lessons which for a 3 year old is confusing. Otherwise the lessons themselves and the feedback we get each week are great!

Instructors are very helpful and patient to my daughter and give tips to help us parents work on skills at home. Staff at front are kind and helpful even when I am running late to class!
