Everyone is very friendly. The teachers are amazing. If life happens and you can't make it to a class it is easy to cancel and reschedule on the app. My kids love coming to swim class!

My kids who are both under 5 really enjoy the lessons and the instructors specially Amir who they spent junk of their lessons with made it very pleasurable experience and build the trust with the kids I will be forever grateful for him. Coach Rada , Carlos are amazing and coach Julia whom showed huge compassion when we first enrolled and my little one was terrified she intervened to help calm her down and made it possible for her to continue.
Not to mention Carolina who is very helpful and proactive in helping us all the time this ease a lot on us as a family , as well as Nada and Raya who are wonderful in responding to our inquiries and always cheerful.
Simply amazing he franchise is not a swimming school to us it’s a family and big kudos to the owner for her leadership which created this positive atmosphere.

There are multiple reasons I really enjoy taking my little one to Aqua Tots. The first and most important in my opinion is that all the staff are warm and friendly. I can tell they all genuinely enjoy being around children which is definitely a personal requirement of mine for anywhere I bring my child. Second, as a mom I love how flexible the scheduling is! I love that I can cancel a class if that day isn’t going to end up being convenient for us and just easily schedule a makeup. I also love the option to add on more classes if you wish. All the class times available are just wonderful! And the third thing I really enjoy is the environment. I love the indoor setting, all the convenient changing rooms, all the chairs for family to come watch (we almost always have some family and my son loves seeing his little cheer squad watching his lesson, it really enriches our experience and helps me since we do mommy and me so having it be comfortable for family to attend helps me be able to change after his lesson too) and then the warm glassed in pool is great and helps him feel comfortable and warm enough to relax and fully focus on improving his skills. Overall just wonderful experience front to back. Again if I had to pick one thing that stands out to me as most important, the warmth and friendliness is just the best! Thank you guys for being a great place for my son to develop a lifelong love for the water!
Solo le cambiaría que a los niños que hablan y entienden español los pudiera acomodar en clases donde los maestros hablen español pues pienso que esto les ayudaría mucho mas por el tema de el entendimiento.

The facility is clean and easy for parents with toddlers to navigate. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The coaches are knowledgeable and work well with children and parents. The support staff is cheerful, always greets us and is so helpful. Having the Open Swim time helps with young ones who are needing some fun, unstructured time in the pool to practice the skills they're learning in class. We've had a tremendously positive experience.
We have had such a great experience! My boys love coming to swim class and they have learned so much. I have seen a huge difference in their swimming and how confident they are in the water. The instructors have been so patient and encouraging with them. We are happy we found Aqua Tots and the boys always look forward to coming!

So far we have had a very positive experience. Our Swim Instructor/Coach Ava has been so encouraging and amazing. She is doing such a phenomenal job teaching our child and we are excited to see the continued progress our child will make.
