All of the coaches and staff are so professional and go above and beyond. The lessons taught in the pool are invaluable.
We love how clean and family-friendly it is! The small classes are great and we've really enjoyed our instructors. We had class with Coach Kayla for a long time and only switched to another instructor to keep a similar time at our new level. If she wants to teach level 2 at 9:30 on Saturdays we'd jump into that class! :-)

The only reason I removed a point was because of the progress portion of the classes. While I completely understand that my child will not move up on skills at every single class, it is slightly frustrating to see that nothing progress for several weeks at a time. To reiterate, I know the rating system is there to evaluate the child and they do not progress if they haven’t met the skill, but I find weeks/months to be excessive to not move up in skills.

The coaches are very patient, and help work with me and my daughter. I love the feedback we get at the end of the class and it helps me know what we need to work on.
Both of our kids are there and have learned to become super confident swimmers through the consistency of the instructors.
The sessions are the right size and time for my kiddo. And the coaches are super responsive and helpful.
Friendly staff, and we love our teacher, coach Mercy! Our daughter has made friends and she is improving in her swimming confidence with each class. We recommend it to everyone we know!
An incredible experience from start to finish. The pool and facility are very clean, the water is warm, and the staff is extremely welcoming. Everything is well-organized, and my child looks forward to every single lesson. The coaches are always giving their best to their students, and making them enjoy every second while they are learning swimming! Leadership through manager is remarkable!
I’m impressed by Aqua Tots. My son has been able to learn to be a proficient swimmer and loves class. Worth noting is their program for children with special needs- it goes above and beyond and should be commended.
Clean, friendly, great instructors
The facilities are clean and the pool is warm. Hope the lessons can be 45mims instead of 30mins.

My son Xander has been enrolled with AquaTots since he was 13 months old (he’s now four), his instructors have always been great. May of 2025 there was a scary incident that occurred; since then I have seen manager Kayla change this place around. Her now current instructors are so engaged with their classes and attentive, there’s more apparent controls and mitigation of risks. And everyone seems to be in good spirits, which says a lot for a workplace environment. I’ve seen Kayla’s patience, her determination, and how effective she works with the children. I admire Kayla and all the instructors and the patience and love they have for all the kids, working with small children who are just learning the world for the first time and teaching them one of the most important skills in life for their safety….is not easy. But it’s so heart warming to see these instructors help, teach and watch over these kids like they were their little siblings. Coach Christina has been another blessing for my son, when he was transitioning to level 3 and getting his boundaries under control, it was her that put him at ease, that he felt safe and comfortable with, and built that safety, confidence and independence in the water. He’s had other awesome coaches - Alicia (I don’t think she’s there anymore), Saila, Taft, and all of the other instructors that have helped. We appreciate you all so much and hope for all the best for each of you and AquaTots
The staff is always very friendly and know my child by name. They ask about how his day was and different things about him. They help figure out what works best for him in terms of teaching and make learning fun (while safe). The coaches are able to manage different behaviors which is amazing to see (since most are high school or early college age). Everyone is knowledgeable and offer helpful feedback to improve my child’s ability.
I like the small scale, the consistency, and the safety focus of the classes.
I also like the cleanliness, the change rooms and showers with doors.
swim lessons get cancelled or moved around too much on such short notice. but we love most of the coaches they are so great with our kids!
