My son’s instructor is excellent - she is very responsive to his learning style. She is patient and take the time to help him build confidence in the water. I also really appreciate the flexibility in terms of rescheduling classes.

When my 2 yr old daughter moved up to her next class.It was her first time going in the pool without her mother or I . She had really hard time adjusting, but the staff were great at helping her and giving her the attention she needed to adjust. I've thanked them personally for their help.They did a awesome job.
I have had my granddaughter in lessons for over two years and have been satisfied with her progress. She enjoys her lessons and has always liked her coaches. The small class size works really well and the coaches access to her progress on laptops is amazing.
Having taught children myself as a teenager to help cover the costs of trips to neighbouring islands for meets I know firsthand how difficult some young children can be.
Kudos to the staff at the Kanata location for a job well done.

Farmington Hill swim school has been amazing. The staff is nice. The manager is nice and professional. The swim coaches are good. Nani is my daughter swim coach. My daughter really likes her alot. She makes her feel comfortable. I like how she interacts with the kids. She takes her time. You can tell Nani is very passionate about her job. Nani is great! Thank you Nani! Job well done!
My granddaughter has been coming here for three years and she loves it. She is starting to swim independently which is awesome.

We love how caring the staff is. We also really love that they are willing to work with us when it comes to scheduling as much as possible. They are a really great group of people even if they are short staffed they don’t let it bother them!!
My son has been in private lessons for eight months with Aqua-Tots Orleans, and we’re finally seeing progress in his swimming skills!

Coach Xander takes the time to focus on the skills my son needs to be a safe swimmer. There is no set agenda; there is no ignoring a skill that my child struggles with. Xander keeps working with him until my son excels at—and enjoys!—each skill he needs.
Xander updates me after each class, and I’m able to follow my child’s progress via the Aqua-tots app, so I always know what they’re focusing on.
I would recommend Aqua-tots to any parent, and particularly to parents whose children have struggled in other programs.

The experience has been amazing from the initial meet! The team at Dundas has been so welcoming and have helped strengthen my daughter’s love for swim. They equip her with the right tools to succeed in the water and I witness the joy on her face each session when she hits milestones. Outside of that, Coach Willow has been an incredible coach to her and is thoughtful in her approach — she challenges, guides, and brings a light heartedness to each session. We speak so highly of this location and Willow and will continue to refer friends and family here :)
